We gutted out the entire unit to create an open-plan living space with a kitchen island, dining, sofa and workspace after understanding the owner’s lifestyle.
This expansive space, together with a lengthy carpentry upon entry, creates a sense of luxury, ideal for hosting friends and family.
A double sink vanity was created in the middle of the house. We also converted one of the bathrooms in the master bedroom into an open space for a clawfoot bathtub. All set against a backdrop of timeless monochromatic grey.
