A 710 sqft 1-bedroom condo at Belvia redesigned with a blue-grey industrial palette. Wall removed to expand the living area; a bookshelf-disguised bathroom door adds clever spatial intrigue.

We enlarged the living room by removing the wall that separated the study and living, allowing for more natural light to flood in. The bathroom is also concealed with a door that doubles up as a thin bookshelf.
